La Plagne

Villages and Vanoise

Aime, a real "po'Aime"

In the Tarentaise valley in Savoie, half way between Moutiers and Bourg Saint-Maurice and just below La Plagne,on the sunny side of the mountain, you will discover the lovely little town of Aime.

Aime attracted and welcomed its first inhabitants several thousand years ago because of its sunny location and its landscape, whose generous natural environment provided what they needed to live. Life in Aime today combines water, forests, mountain pastures, hills and mountains, tradition and modernity. There is a combination of different services and attractively presented shops.

If you look up, you will see sundials that can sometimes reveal hidden secrets! Aime lives to the sound of music and there is a free concert at the open-air amphitheatre every Thursday evening in the summer, as well as a variety of events, exhibitions and games...

It's a great place to relax and, of course, sports enthusiasts will find everything they need in the surrounding area.
