Plagne Bellecôte / Roche de Mio / Live 3000 gondola lift

For the 6D Lacs and 6000D, the Plagne Bellecote / Roche de Mio / Live 3000 gondola will be open on Friday July 31 at 7.30am and on Saturday 1 August at 6.00am to encourage the runners at the preferential rate (Information to follow)

Friday July 31 2026: opening of the sales point at Plagne Bellecôte at 7.00am
(each runner in the 6D Lacs will have a free ski pass for their companion)

Saturday 1 August 2026: opening of the sales point at Plagne Bellecôte at 5.30am
(each runner in the 6000D and the 6000D 3-man relay will receive a free pass for their companion)

Saturday 1 August 2026 at Live 3000: your café / snack bar in the 6th Heaven will be exceptionally open

Thursday July 30, 2026 :
– 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm. distribution of bis for the 6000D, the 6000D 3-person relay, the 6D Marathon, the 6D Foulée and the 6D Lacs at the Salle des Fêtes in Aime

– 6.30am to 9.00am: distribution of bibs for the 6D Crêtes and 6 Découverte race at the sports hall in Plagne Centre

– 10.30 am to 1.30pm, handing over of bibs for the 6D Kid’s race at the sports hall in Plagne Centre

La 6D Récup 2026 in the 6D village in Aime

In order to offer our runners optimal preparation and recovery for their race, the 6D Recup space with Synergique team will welcome you on friday 31 and Saturday August 1 at the gymnasium (where the showers are).

You will thus be able to find:

  • A team of sports massage therapists for muscle recovery.
  • A team of osteopaths will apply to provide care to people who need it. The possibility of post-race support to optimize the mental aspects.
  • A podiatrist will be present to provide care for painful feet at the end of the race.
  • Many tips on food preparation, hydration and the regulation of psychosomatic disorders will be given to you.

Friday morning, July 31, to accompany you and prepare you for the races. You’ll receive a 20-minute treatment and tailored advice, with a contribution to the cost of the hat.
