Thursday 25 July 2024 :
– 9.00 am to 6.30 pm. Reception and distribution of bis for the 6000D, the 6000D 3-person relay, the 6D Marathon and the 6D Lacs at the Salle des Fêtes in Aime

– 7.30am to 9.15am: distribution of bibs for the 6 Discovery race at the start in Plagne Centre

– From 10.30 am, handing over of bibs for the 6D Kid’s race at the start in Plagne Centre

– 3.30 pm: 6D Bob’s bib collection at the Olympic Bobsleigh track timing tower

Friday 26 July 2024 :
– from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm, reception and bib collection for the 6000D, the 6000D 3-person relay and the 6D Marathon at the Salle des fêtes in Aime

La 6D Récup 2023 in the 6D village in Aime

In order to offer our runners optimal preparation and recovery for their race, the 6D Recup space with the Paramedic Sport Entreprises team will welcome you on Saturday July 29 inside the Saint-Martin Priory church.

You will thus be able to find:

  • A team of sports massage therapists for muscle recovery.
  • A team of osteopaths will apply to provide care to people who need it. The possibility of post-race support to optimize the mental aspects.
  • A podiatrist will be present to provide care for painful feet at the end of the race.
  • Many tips on food preparation, hydration and the regulation of psychosomatic disorders will be given to you.

Come and discover cryotherapy with our partner CRYO ADVANCE. Founded by enthusiasts, let yourself be tempted by this alternative medicine with multiple objectives to improve your quality of life. Find their know-how and expertise inside the Prieuré Saint-Martin church, from Friday July 28, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday July 29, from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Remember to register on site as soon as you arrive to have time to catch your breath and rinse your legs. The team will be in place until the end of the race.

This system will welcome you from Friday 28
in the early morning to accompany you and prepare you for the races. You will be able to receive a treatment of about 20 minutes plus adapted advice, a contribution to the hat will be requested.
