Start Wave Times
The 6000D– starting times for the starting gates: 4:30 am – 4:45 am – 5:00 am – 5:15 am, with 500 participants per wave. The 6000D relay race will start in Wave 1, along with the elite runners
The 6D MARATHON – Starting times for the starting zones: 8:15 am – 8:30 am – 8:45 am, with 500 people per wave
The 6D LACS – Start times from the starting gates: 8:00 am – 8:10 am – 8:20 am – 8:30 am – 8:40 am, with 300 people per wave
The 6D CRETES – Start times from the starting gates: 8:00 am – 8:10 am, with 500 people per wave
Plagne Bellecôte / Roche de Mio / Live 3000 gondola lift
For the 6D Lacs and 6000D, the Plagne Bellecote / Roche de Mio / Live 3000 gondola will be open on Friday July 30 at 7.45am and on Saturday July 31, 2027 August at 6.15am to encourage the runners at the preferential rate

In order to offer our runners optimal preparation and recovery for their race, the 6D Recup space with Synergique team will welcome you on friday 30 and Saturday July 31, 2027 at the gymnasium (where the showers are).
You will thus be able to find:
- A team of sports massage therapists for muscle recovery.
- A team of osteopaths will apply to provide care to people who need it. The possibility of post-race support to optimize the mental aspects.
- A podiatrist will be present to provide care for painful feet at the end of the race.
- Many tips on food preparation, hydration and the regulation of psychosomatic disorders will be given to you.
