La 6D Récup 2025 in the 6D village in Aime
In order to offer our runners optimal preparation and recovery for their race, the 6D Recup space with the Paramedic Sport Entreprises team will welcome you on friday 26 and Saturday August 2, 2025 at the gymnasium (where the showers are).
You will thus be able to find:
- A team of sports massage therapists for muscle recovery.
- A team of osteopaths will apply to provide care to people who need it. The possibility of post-race support to optimize the mental aspects.
- A podiatrist will be present to provide care for painful feet at the end of the race.
- Many tips on food preparation, hydration and the regulation of psychosomatic disorders will be given to you.
This service will welcome you :
Friday morning, August 1, 2025 to accompany you and prepare you for the races. You’ll receive a 20-minute treatment and tailored advice, with a contribution to the cost of the hat.
Saturday August 2, 2025 the whole team of paramedics will be on hand all day to take care of you after your shopping.

Showers
- For the 6D Lacs at the Plagne Bellecôte swimming pool with tickets and access to the showers only, on Friday August 1, 2025
- For the 6000D, the 6000D in relay to 3 and the 6D Marathon at the gymnasium in Aime (200m from the start), Saturday August 2, 2025
Access to showers on arrival is strictly limited to runners.

Programme: Thursday 31 july and Friday 1 august 2025 from 8.00 am in front of the ESF chalet at Plagne Bellecote
Half-day or full day with games based on the 6000D event.
Special 6000D rate: €25 for a half-day and €40 for a full day
Bring mountain boots, a hat or cap, a picnic and water.
